This Interactive Video is a short Microlearning nugget on Managing Customer Expectations. It is interspersed with various interactions allowing learners to pause the video at specific cue points. These interactions include hotspot interaction, tab click interaction, drag and drop interaction and more. The solution has been built in compatibility with AICC, SCORM 1.2, and SCORM 2004 (second, third and fourth editions), which enables us to track the progress/decision making skills of the learners.

This Application Simulation is based on the “Do It Yourself” concept. It lets learners explore the different facets and features of the MS Word application in a simulation environment. This solution has been designed with Gamification elements such as Leaderboard, Rank/Scores, limited time to finish the activity, minus points if the learners take the HINT or seek SHOW ME assistance and so on. To ensure that they don’t feel lost, it features visual cues as well prompting the learner to click on the right location to proceed.
